Since evidence and proof are different in civil and criminal cases, how might the Plame civil case be decided?

Isn't there enough evidence in the public record now to settle the Plame case?

Are the Libby cases and Plame cases related in any way?

Will one outcome affect the other case?

Will the Armitage/State Department revelations affect either case?

***Unknown. One must remember that just because Evidence is relevant (that is, making the prospect of a given fact more or less likely than that fact would otherwise be without the piece of Evidence) does not make it admissible. Further, the totality of all admissible Evidence is to be decided by the fact-finder (typically the jury in a criminal proceeding.***

***I'd bet my future on it.***

Will one outcome affect the other case?

***It may, but not necessarily. See O.J. Simpson criminal and civil case results as a case-in-point.***

Libby will be pardoned by the existing president before he leaves office.

If Cheney has his way, the courthouse will succumb to a terrorist attack.
It is harassment and nothing more. It will never get anywhere in court.
